Personal data protection and GDPR

On May 25, 2018, the new Regulation of the European Parliament and of the EU Council 2016/679 entered into force, replacing the Slovak legislation (Act No. 122/2013). In accordance with Article 13 GDPR, it is our legal obligation to inform you about how we process your personal data and about your rights. This is the so-called “GDPR law”

Scope of processing

We process personal data only for the purposes of communication, conclusion of contracts, price offers, orders or for marketing purposes, where we will of course request the express consent of the client. The sources are directly from clients, from contracts, from internet forms, internet portals.

For business purposes

These are personal data such as: first and last name, address, telephone number, email, social security number, account number. We process this data for the purposes of the contract or order processing.

For marketing purposes

These are email addresses when filling out internet forms, orders, when signing contracts, where you give us voluntary consent to send marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from these messages at any time upon receiving each message.

Browsing the website

When you visit our website, we collect (non-personal) data such as: how long you spent browsing the website, from which source you came, where you clicked most often. This data is collected automatically by the Google Analytics application using cookies and tracking technologies. This data cannot be linked to a specific person. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

We declare that we will not give your data to third countries and will never be shared or sold to a third party.

Method of processing

Data processing is carried out by the administrator at his headquarters on a computer or manually in the form of a document. With the consent of the client, the administrator manages email addresses in a well-known online email storage program called MailChimp (www.mailchimp.com). The website is hosted by the Czech company WebHouse, s.r.o.. For communication purposes, we use services from the Google suite. The computer is password protected and important file directories are protected by the well-known encryption program FolderLock. Documentary documents are stored in such a way that they are not lost or stolen.

Processing time

In document form, such as contracts, they are kept according to accounting laws. E-mail addresses with consent for marketing purposes are kept for the duration of business activity in the company. Other data are used only for communication purposes and are not stored further.

Your rights as a subject

You have the right to contact us at any time and request a change or correction of data. If you have doubts about the legal processing, you can request a change, explanation, correction, addition or complete deletion of the data. Especially when processing email addresses.

Protection and Security

I will handle your personal data responsibly and in accordance with valid Czech and European legislation. I use automated as well as non-automated means to process personal data. All data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union and on a Google server (we use the GoogleSuite application). The computer is password protected and important file directories are protected by the well-known encryption program FolderLock.

Personal data is protected to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technological development and the level of risk of misuse.

We voluntarily undertake to maintain technical and organizational measures that prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of personal data in the entire chain, from the insertion of your e-mail to its deletion after the expiration of consent, or the period of storage of data necessary for the fulfillment of a contract that flows from the law.

Administrator Statement

We declare that, as the administrator of the personal data of our subscribers, we fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act, and therefore that:

We process the personal data of our subscribers only on the basis of consent, legitimate interest or legal legal title.
We do not work with sensitive personal data. Personal data indicating the national, racial or ethnic origin, political attitudes, membership of trade unions, religion and worldview, criminal convictions, health status and sex life of the data subject and genetic data of the data subject, biometric data,
We fulfill the information obligation towards our customers according to the Personal Data Protection Act,
We enable our subscribers to exercise their rights under the Personal Data Protection Act,
We fulfill all other obligations of the personal data administrator according to the Personal Data Protection Act,
When sending e-mails, we undertake to take into account any changes in the register of personal datah of subscribers within 48 hours of receiving information about the change at the latest.
